Future quantum computers are expected to break the encryption algorithms that protect most internet traffic today. Adversaries are already capturing encrypted traffic to decrypt later. OllaVPN uses a hybrid post-quantum key exchange — the kind of design Apple, Google, Signal, and Cloudflare have shipped in their flagship products since 2024 — so traffic captured today stays unreadable in the quantum era.

Speed and devices. The free plan is built for one device with a sensible everyday speed cap. The $2 plan lifts that cap and supports up to 5 devices on the same account. The security stack — post-quantum-ready handshake, kill switch, DNS hygiene, peer isolation, no logs — is identical on both.

No activity logs. OllaVPN does not log the sites you visit, the apps you use, or the traffic you send through the tunnel. Operational counters needed to run the service (like bandwidth totals for capacity management) exist; per-flow and per-destination logs do not. A formal privacy policy and warrant canary are part of the public launch package.

The current build is unsigned during early access. The download page publishes a SHA-256 checksum so you can verify the installer independently. A signed build is part of the public launch.

Windows is available today. macOS, iOS, and Android are on the roadmap. We'd rather ship one platform that's actually solid than four platforms that aren't.
